The Phantom Newspaper, published by Simon Liebowitz, is a short, hastily-composed and home-printed newsletter-style publication filled with various (often exaggerated) notes on the goings-on of the Academy and the city proper. In addition to 'breaking news' there is also a free Classified section, which you can feel free to post ads in on your own or in response to these entries. There is always a note asking any tips, requests, commentary, etc. be submitted to sliebowitz@neopolis.edu, as well as an entreaty for contributing writers.

"Welcome readers, to the newest edition of the Phantom Newspaper! Those of you who attended Marvelous High may be familiar with this title from its previous circulation, and can be safely reassured that its devotion to truth and justice will be upheld throughout its run at Neopolis Academy. For those of you who don’t know the Phantom, it is an historic title dating back to 1932, and its mandate has never wavered. Secrets and corruption shall have no place at this campus for as long as the Phantom sees print!"
