Although the vast majority of Neopolis residents are natives to the area (especially those in play), not everyone can be familiar with the neighborhood. Neopolis also boasts membership in its population from an extremely diverse array of places, both inside the United States and out of it -- and in a very few cases, out of this world. Need to know who's done hard time outside Neopolis city limits? This may be a helpful page. Organized by character status in active play (student and faculty).
